Today our strategy and management capabilities are augmented by data science, enhanced by creativity and driven by responsibility. We’re optimists for change and we help clients initiate, navigate and benefit from transformation. We believe optimism is a force multiplier, helping clients to mitigate downside and maximize opportunity. With expertise across a broad range of sectors and services, our 3,000 consultants serve clients worldwide from 48 locations in 19 countries. Our expertise delivers results. Our optimism transforms outcomes.
Sia Experience Creative is the creative arm of global consultancy Sia. We’re not an in-house team — we pitch, win, and deliver campaign and digital experience work for clients across verticals. We’re nimble, strategic, and built to ship high-impact work at pace.
Your Impact
Sia Experience Managing Directors (MDs) are growth leaders who fuel the business by driving net-new revenue across creative and digital accounts. This senior role sits at the intersection of business development, client partnerships, and delivery strategy—meeting clear new business targets by bringing in leads, pitching, and selling work that shapes the future of Sia Experience’s portfolio.
We are looking for experienced MDs that have proven success opening the right doors—spotting opportunities, activating their networks, and building trust quickly. They bring deep marketing and advertising expertise, allowing them to credibly connect our creative and digital capabilities to client goals and challenges. MDs identify and shape opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and drive momentum from first conversation to close.
Whether it’s a brand launch, a digital product, or an integrated campaign, MDs know how to position Sia Experience to stand out—and deliver.
