Job description

We are currently recruiting for new team members to join us and are interested to speak with talented candidates about career opportunities at Senior Manager, Manager and Associate Manager levels.

At Sia Partners, you will support organisations in their development of strategy, new models of operating, business transformation, selecting and maximising value in technology investments, reducing costs and improving performance.

We are particularly focusing on helping our clients through their Enterprise Technology transformations from strategy to execution and how to make these projects value adding throughout the project lifecycle. This includes ERP technology strategy development, selection and deployment and end to end implementation.  We partner with our clients as an independent partner with technical capability to address key business issues, pain points and to hold stakeholders to account.

Your input will assist clients to capitalise on inherent opportunities by identifying and solving their most critical business needs through digital transformation and change management initiatives.

The fresh perspectives you create will help challenge the status quo and introduce new ways of thinking. You will work with others to develop workable, pragmatic solutions and provide a lasting impact by transferring knowledge and building long-term capability for clients.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role of Manager you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field. Advanced studies / post graduate qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • Prior experience in professional services (ideally in a Big 4 environment or with another leading consulting firm) is preferred.
  • Proven skills in consulting, project management and people management.
  • A proven track record of managing the formulation and delivery of end-to-end digital transformation, technology strategy, IT advisory and/or enterprise software projects. The ability to lead significant teams in an ERP project or major elements of these projects is a critical skill required in our client’s projects.
  • Adequate knowledge of large ERP’s, such as D365, SAP, S4 HANA, Oracle, Pronto, for you to be able to be effective in the project.
  • An ability to work independently, work functionally and cross-functionally with large client and vendor teams to deliver quality and complete solutions must be part of your core demonstrable capabilities.
  • Excellent analytic reasoning, judgement and numeracy skills.
  • A positive attitude, creativity, drive and the ability to think resourcefully.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Effective relationship management skills, able to build networks and influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills with MS Office suite.
