Thomas joined Sia Partners in 2001 after first working in the Banking sector in Asia and after studying Data Science.
Being involved at the beginning of several regulatory projects, he also led several large projects around global transformation, data management, digital, AI and innovation.
Thomas has defined and launched the internal watch communities of the BU, meant to monitor and analyze the various challenges of the Banking sector and to develop consultants' skills & vision.
