After 10 years with BearingPoint and then Accenture Strategy, Sayah joined Sia Partners in 2017 to create and develop the Marketing, Sales & Customer Experience business unit. For over 15 years, he has been supporting global players in developing, coordinating and managing large-scale marketing, sales and customer service optimization projects, focused on both revenue growth and cost reduction. He specializes in helping organizations reduce customer churn, increase their asset portfolio, improve the customer experience with B2B and B2C sales model definition, omnichannel strategy definition and helping reduce customer service costs.
