Isabelle began her career in consulting in 1998, after having managed Procurement and a European project to reduce costs in the metalworking industry. She joined Sia Partners in 2014.
Isabelle has over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate sector. Overall, she supports large actors or property developers in improving the quality of their renovations, the associated intellectual services and operating services. Today, she specializes in redesigning the business and operational models of these players, offering her expertise in digital transformation, including BIM, and the consideration of societal issues. She leads prospective work in this field, particularly those related to the evolution of working methods.
Isabelle also workes in transformation for Purchasing Departments and their internal customers. Thanks to her cross-industry experience, she has contributed to the development and implementation of dozens of innovative sourcing strategies in non-production and core business categories. The renewal of the Procurement value proposition, through digital transformation and a balanced vision of economic and societal issues, is a cornerstone of her successful projects.
