Aurélien joined Sia in 2018, following a career across several consulting and industry roles, including Telecoms, Media, Transport and Energy. He graduated from Paris Dauphine University.
He has developed expertise in business transformation, including the launch of innovative services and organizational development to enhance performance and the customer experience.
Over the course of his career, he has led strategic and operational projects in highly innovative contexts, promoting workshop facilitation and innovative methods to maximize collective intelligence and deliver concrete solutions.
Today, Aurélien is based in Montreal, where he focuses on developing the Public Sector practice (Federal, Provincial, Municipal) around organizational and HR transformation, Public Engagement and Service Design.
He holds certification in the following areas: PROSCI Change Practitioner and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
