Amy brings over 25 years of experience in strategy consulting and line roles in the Energy and Resources sector. She has 15+ years in strategy consulting at BCG, both in Europe and Australia, working across multiple industries including consumer, pharmaceutical and mining and resources. More recently Amy has worked in line leadership roles at Rio Tinto Iron Ore and Horizon Power. Her experience blends strategic leadership with pragmatic delivery to implement sustainable change for our clients. Amy has a Bachelor of Engineering (Materials) (first class honours) and Bachelor of Science (Physical and Inorganic Chemistry, Biochemistry) from UWA and an MBA from INSEAD.
