Amanda Ambrosio

With 25 years of experience leading teams in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, education, non-profit, aerospace, and technology, Amanda has deep knowledge and expertise. Her core competencies include project, program and portfolio management, strategy, process improvement, training and development, and change management. Since joining Sia Partners in 2018, Amanda’s leadership focus has been on helping businesses transform. She enjoys partnering with executives and organizations to develop transformative strategies that take into consideration both the business and the people to successfully deliver a next generation firm. Her blend of knowledge, skill and servant leadership has helped her rescue multi-million-dollar programs for her clients and build strong delivery teams. Amanda is an expert in all things related to project, program and portfolio management. 

Amanda has led multiple global squads and co-wrote an article on Transformation Management Offices. With the release of gen AI, she has been helping organizations deploy generative AI initiatives and building adoption. She is passionate about the transformative power of technology and believes that gen AI will revolutionize the way businesses and employees work. Always a perpetual learner, Amanda continually educates herself on emerging trends and loves to connect with industry peers in this fast-paced revolution.

Amanda received her Bachelor of Music from Southern Methodist University and started her career as a board-certified music therapist. Within a few years, she was leading hospital staff training, and providing leadership team building for local organizations. Amanda went on to start her own consulting company, Core Succes, and received her MBA from Arizona State University. Amanda has led large-scale projects and programs at multiple Fortune 500 companies and served as an adjunct professor at City University of Seattle, teaching project management. In addition to having her PMP since 2004, she earned a Six Sigma Black Belt, received True Lean Systems Certificate, and is a certified scrum master.
