Alberto is a Partner leading Financial Services Business Unit. He has over 20 years of Business and IT leadership experience and advises clients on business and digital transformation, from right-sizing due to M&A operations to IT implementation. This includes Business Process Management focused on front-office re-engineering, omnichannel redesign, and program and Regulatory Compliance. Alberto completes his profile with expertise in designing and implementing use cases enabling AI solutions to respond to Regulatory (e.g. AML, POG) and business needs (e.g. retail and SME onboarding through ML models).

Alberto is a part of ABI (Italian Bank Association) faculty as a Professor.
