Sia Announces the Appointment of Four New Partners to Strengthen Leadership Across Key Markets and Sectors

Sia is proud to announce the appointment of four new Partners who will further strengthen the firm’s leadership across strategic geographies and sectors: Nicky Shane (Sia Experience, US), Niccolò Giardini (Banking, France), Pierre Antoine Merle (AI, Data & Quantitative Services, France), and Dr. Cesar Moukarzel (Growth & Innovation, UAE). 

These appointments reflect Sia’s continued commitment to delivering innovation, transformation, and measurable impact for clients around the world. 

• Based in Paris, Niccolò Giardini is a Partner within Sia’s Banking practice, specializing in transformation programs for retail banks and specialized financial services organizations, including leasing and factoring companies. A graduate of ESCP Business School (France), City St George’s, University of London (UK), and Università degli Studi di Torino (Italy), Niccolò has spent over 15 years at Sia and supports clients in navigating regulatory, operational, and strategic challenges while driving sustainable growth and modernization. 

• Based in Paris, Pierre Antoine Merle is a Partner in Sia’s Data, AI & Quantitative Business line, leading engagements focused on risk modeling, AI, and technological transformation for insurance and banking clients. As a graduate from EURIA (France), Pierre Antoine has been with Sia for over 12 years. He helps organizations leverage data-driven insights to strengthen risk management, improve decision-making, and unlock sustainable business value.  

• Based in Dubai, Dr. Cesar Moukarzel is a Partner ⁠in Sia’s Growth and Innovation practice in the Middle East, leading projects in strategy, innovation, organizational excellence, sustainability, and large-scale transformation. With extensive experience across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, he joined Sia in 2017 and has advised governments, public institutions, private sector organizations and contributed to thought leadership having authored and co-authored numerous publications on future cities, government innovation, sustainability, emerging technologies, and public sector transformation. Dr. Moukarzel holds a Doctorate in Public Administration from Université Paris-Dauphine (France), a Master’s degree in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford (UK), and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut (Lebanon). 

• Based in Los Angeles, Nicky Shane is a Partner within Sia Experience, leading Marketing Advisory across North America through a team of 50+ consultants spanning strategy, operations, AI transformation, and GTM activation. She also oversees operations for the California market, helping clients accelerate growth through customer-centric transformation. As a graduate from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo (US), Nicky joined Sia over 12 years ago.
