We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition team member to join our team and lead recruiting for our Financial Services Business Unit in North America.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, partnering with business leaders, and helping candidates navigate meaningful career moves in management consulting.
Job description
Hybrid: Three days from Toronto Office (150 York)
Expertise req: recruitment in Financial Services Industry, Canada & US
What you’ll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for consulting roles (sourcing through offer)
- Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and shape talent strategy
- Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines across the NYC market
- Engage candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and referrals
- Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Use tools (including AI) to improve sourcing, and efficiency
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- 7 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (consulting and financial services is highly preferred)
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
