Sia is looking for bright and dynamic Senior consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics:
- Identify the work processes and propose solutions to simplify and improve them
- Implement the solutions in agreement with the client
- Manage the clients in the change and coach them in improving their performance
As fast as possible, you will take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.
Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to take collaborate with us in a fast growing company.
Qualifications
- You have a Master's degree Business Engineering, Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
- You have 3-6 years relevant working experience (or PhD).
- Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
- You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial
- You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
- English & Dutch communication and presentation skills.
