Stephen has 20+ years of experience in building breakthrough new ventures for FTSE100 clients and advising start-ups on their growth and innovation strategies, predominantly in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications space. Combining creative and analytical methodologies to drive profitable growth, Steve works with clients to move from an initial idea to proposition development, business case development, through to execution.

Prior to joining Sia Partners, Stephen was a Director at Inzenka, a leading growth and innovation strategy consultancy which was acquired by Sia Partners in 2018.
