Bertrand is a Partner in our Public Sector and Transportation practices; he joined Sia Patners in 2008 in the transportation practice and has participated in the development of the Public Sector since its creation in 2011.
He leads digital transformation in the Public Sector to help ministries, public operators, and local authorities to accelerate their projects for the benefit of citizens and agents, in all aspects: modernization of the State's information system, quality of digital public services, creation of innovative services for citizens, digital work tools collaborative for agents. Bertrand notably supports public operators in the transition to agile methods (SAFE), design thinking approaches, and data science projects. Bertrand supports these operators in their organizational and cultural transformations.
