Job description

Sia is looking to grow our Charlotte full-time team! We are looking to bring on consultants, senior consultants and managers that can assist and drive success for our financial service divisions. 

Looking for prior consulting experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Project Managers / Scrum Masers 
  • Business Analyst 
  • Data Analyst 
  • Risk/Compliance 


Key Pre-requisites:

  • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Possess a technical background (i.e. Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, Computer Science/ IT, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Engineering)
  • Experience in software project implementation for Financial institutions (ideally in project management or Compliance/Analysis areas)
  • Good consulting and change background
  • Good project management skills, including time management, resource management, working well with various departments within the bank and possessing very good communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, logical and analytical skills.
  • Can conduct professional presentations and meetings in an efficient manner
