Job description

We are looking for an experienced KYC Business Analyst to join our team for 12 months to assist in the integration of two Financial institutions, and to remediate any profiles that are not up to regulatory and internal standards. 

Key responsibilties:

  • Preform KYC review on High Risk Trust 
  • Conduct SOW/SOF review and remediation for High Risk Trust to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Liaise with RMs and Business to obtain information to complete the review
  • Perform any ad-hoc issues related to the case
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to remediation timelines, providing support for management reporting and related preparations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of work experience in experience in KYC reviews, quality assurance, and remediation processes. Experience in Trust background is a must
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • AML/Trust related qualification or certification preferred
  • Preferable to have Chinese capability
  • Immediately available or short notice period would be advantageous
