Job description

We’re looking for an AI Delivery Lead to help organizations operationalize AI, automation, and agent-based workflows at scale. In this role, you will lead complex AI-enabled transformation initiatives across business and technology teams, helping clients move from experimentation to measurable business impact.

You will operate at the intersection of program delivery, AI transformation, and enterprise operations — driving execution across multiple initiatives while helping organizations adopt scalable AI-enabled ways of working.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong program leadership with curiosity around emerging AI technologies and a practical, execution-oriented mindset. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and partnering with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

You’ll work closely with product owners, engineering teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to structure delivery, manage risk, implement AI-powered solutions, and drive enterprise adoption.

What You’ll Do

Lead AI Transformation Delivery

  • Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple AI, automation, and technology transformation initiatives, ensuring consistent intake, prioritization, execution, and measurement aligned to organizational goals
  • Partner with product owners, program managers, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions and operational workflows
  • Support delivery across cross-functional teams while balancing speed, quality, stakeholder expectations, and business priorities
  • Navigate ambiguity and solve complex delivery challenges in fast-paced client environments
  • Manage competing priorities and simultaneous initiatives while maintaining strong execution discipline

Design & Operationalize AI-Enabled Solutions

  • Support the implementation of AI-powered workflows, automation initiatives, and agentic systems across enterprise functions
  • Help structure workflows, delivery models, governance processes, and operational approaches that enable scalable enterprise AI adoption
  • Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to move solutions from pilot to scaled deployment
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and capabilities to identify practical enterprise applications and opportunities for process improvement
  • Seek opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, streamlined operations, and scalable delivery practices

Drive Program Governance & Execution

  • Define program goals, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms tied to adoption, efficiency, quality, operational performance, and business impact
  • Partner with stakeholders to align intake processes, prioritization frameworks, SLA tracking, risk management, and post-launch measurement to organizational standards
  • Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalation paths to ensure projects remain on track
  • Provide ongoing communication and program visibility to leadership and stakeholders while reducing surprises through proactive risk management
  • Operate effectively across highly matrixed organizations and work with stakeholders ranging from front-line analysts to executive leadership

Enable Adoption & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Build strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to establish alignment on objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes
  • Help organizations adopt AI-enabled ways of working through stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and operational support
  • Support the development of repeatable playbooks, documentation, and best practices to enable scalable delivery and enterprise AI adoption
  • Mentor junior consultants and support delivery excellence across project teams

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, product delivery, consulting, or technology transformation roles within technology, fintech, or enterprise environments
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Technical Program Management, AI delivery, or equivalent technical delivery capacity

  • Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation platforms, and enterprise AI adoption challenges
  • Experience leading multiple large, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously while establishing scalable processes and driving measurable outcomes
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured delivery plans, workflows, and implementation approaches

  • Demonstrated ability to manage program budgets, operational reporting, and delivery governance across large-scale initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and evolving environments
  • Demonstrated technical and/or data-related acumen within program or project delivery environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Based in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle and eligible to work in the United States
