Sia’s Finance Transformation Team delivers strategic initiatives that unlock significant value within the clients and organizations we support. We partner with C-suite executives to transform their business to become operationally sound, analytically driven, and forward-thinking within the confines of heightened pressures for regulatory compliance, cost reduction, increased efficiency, and stakeholder transparency.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor with the ability to design and implement business changes that drive transformation, functionality, and performance.
Assess and optimize operating models, including partnering with our clients to help them develop high performance solutions to advance their operational performance industry standing.
Experience leveraging emerging technology with the ability to advise clients on the adoption of emerging technology (i.e. GenAI, Agentic, advanced analytics).
Proven ability to understand client needs, develop solutions, and deliver high impact execution.
Leverage design-thinking frameworks to guide clients through the development lifecycle in support of transformation initiatives.

Provide core fundamental Project Management reporting to relevant parties.
Project Manage and support on a range of client delivery (i.e. multiple workstreams), as part of an on-site, or hybrid project team.
Conduct effective and meaningful meetings both internally and externally with clients and peers alike.
Collaborate with internal and client project team members and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups.
Ability to develop and leverage data-driven insights (dashboards, advanced analytics) to support decision making and business intelligence.
Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables.
Perform subject matter research and business analysis.
Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals.
Support practice, thought leadership, and people development
Assist in developing the next generation of Financial Services offerings from Sia
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field (Masters preferred).
3+ years in relevant client facing consulting roles
Experienced in delivery of a wide range of Financial Services solutions, maintains a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
Possess strong client relationship development and client management skills.
Excellent communication (written and oral) accompanied by strong interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Eagerness to be involved with internal initiatives and interest to guide and lead.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience and knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Exposure to emerging technology (AI, GenAI) with ability to augment and accelerate client outcomes.
A certification in one of the following strongly preferred: CAPM, PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Business Analytics, Data Science, and/or Change Management

Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
