Description du poste
- Partner with senior, multiple and/or executive stakeholders to conduct planning and to develop the project charter, goals, objectives and delivery methodology.
- Demonstrates management of full project lifecycle for multiple initiatives or workstreams varying in complexity and stakeholders, ensuring the effective execution of large or complex projects to deliver a product or solution that satisfies stakeholder expectations and achieves project success criteria
- Track and monitor process, identify and manage variances and changes, and distribute information and reports on a timely and informative basis.
- Facilitate the completion of an organizational change management assessment and work with the business to prepare an organizational change management
- Responsible for project delivery and client/stakeholder satisfaction and relationship management
- To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project
- To lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team
- To manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
- To take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
- Any other work related tasks or duties deemed required and assigned by the management / line manager.
Compétences
- Familiarity with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and optimizing working capital.
- Experience with various cash management products and services, such as lockbox systems electronic funds transfer, automated clearing, etc.
- Knowledge in commercial lending processes and understanding of credit risk assessment.
- Ability to understand corporate treasury functions and their impact on corporate finance procedures, including cash positioning, risk management, and investment strategies.
- In-depth understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with a focus on Scrum framework.
- Proven success in adapting Agile practices to suit the unique needs of a given situation.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and adaptive project environment that promotes continuous improvement.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, compliance, and business units.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
