You will apply your prior industry / consulting experience to manage key projects and initiatives for our clients. Successful candidates will have experience across the financial services with:

  • Strategy
  • Target Operating Model Design or Business Transformation
  • Implementation (SDLC/Agile)

Our consultants possess a breadth of knowledge in one or more of the following areas with a strong interest to grow their knowledge and skills across multiple sectors, including: 

  • Strategy & Operations
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Financial & Regulatory Advisory
  • Finance & Risk Convergence
  • Turnaround & Restructuring
  • Technology & Data Transformation

  • Lead major projects and manage relationships with flagship and key accounts
  • Leverage existing knowledge and experience to refine and enhance the client experience and deliverables
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative work environment between the client and the engagement team
  • Summarize and presents findings to project managers and clients
  • Collaborate with engagement team to deliver high-quality and timely work products
  • Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
  • Lead business development, thought leadership and proposal efforts that differentiate the Sia Partners brand from our competitors
  • Drive sales efforts and lead internal corporate initiatives
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior resources



  • 7+ years of prior professional experience as a leader in management consulting supporting the financial services, asset management, investment management, banking, and wealth management industries
  • Undergraduate and/or advanced degree (MBA, JD, PhD or equivalent) from a top university
  • Ability to manage client relationships and networks, present to senior audiences, and work day-to-day with senior and mid-level clients
  • Demonstrate strong Project Management skills, preferably Scrum Master with Agile experience  
  • Demonstrate strong Business Analysis skills: define business requirements, translate requirements into system solution, reporting, creating detailed analysis, etc. 
  • Lead teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations, while championing recruiting efforts to grow the practice
  • Provide demonstrations to clients throughout the entire project life-cycle; provide technical leadership on project-related tasks leveraging tools, templates & methodologies and establishing delivery dates are met
  • Strong industry knowledge and deep finance function / domain knowledge (see “About the Opportunity”)
  • Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Flexibility to travel, as necessary


  • Prior experience driving sales efforts and leading internal Business Development
  • Relevant Professional Certifications
