Description du poste

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:  

  • Full-cycle recruiting (identifying top talent to making the hire) 
  • Creatively source candidates for positions using a variety of recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, direct applicants, referrals, and networking events 
  • Develop sourcing strategies and market maps to guide your searches and educate hiring teams
  • Conduct candidate video/ phone screening and interview scheduling 
  • Maintain candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems (SmartRecruiters, Google, CRM, etc.)  
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed  

Compétences

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience preferred ideally from a recruiting agency or consulting firm 
  • Strong stakeholder management, engagement, and communication at all levels of business
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, professional networking, and passive candidate prospecting
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
  • Team oriented and collaborative with the ability to flex in support of the timelines, deliverables of team members  
  • Prior experience with Google and Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word  
  • Bachelor’s degree
