Description du poste

The CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) Project Scheduler provides project scheduling support for CMC product development and technical transfer programs.

The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, reporting, and communicating information related to integrated project schedules for multiple concurrent development and/or technical transfer projects, ensuring alignment with the cross-functional project teams.

While working closely with the CMC Technical Senior Project Manager and CMC Technical Project Manager, this role focuses on schedule creation and maintenance, as well as critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and timeline risk identification using Planisware.

Responsibilities:

Providing consulting services for Sia’s clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries, including but not limited to:

  • Create, maintain, and update detailed integrated project schedules using Planisware for multiple CMC product development and/or technical transfer projects.
  • Partner with project leaders and cross-functional teams to gather schedule inputs, confirm assumptions, and ensure schedules accurately reflect current project status and execution strategy.
  • Ensure alignment of schedules with project strategy, portfolio priorities, and key stage gates for CMC development and commercialization readiness.
  • Track milestones, action items, and decisions that impact project timelines and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare project scheduling deliverables and routine updates, including reports, dashboards, milestone views, and summaries for project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective schedule communication across multiple teams, functions, and sites to support execution of parallel and interdependent tech transfer activities.
  • Attend project meetings to provide timeline updates, schedule analyses, and clear documentation of schedule-related actions and decisions.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and customer service while adhering to Sia quality standards for client deliverables.

Compétences

Mandatory qualifications: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 1 year of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or project management support.
  • Experience supporting CMC development, manufacturing, technical transfer, or related product development activities.
  • Proficiency in Planisware for scheduling.
  • Experience creating and maintaining detailed integrated project schedules with logic-driven dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling principles, milestone planning, critical path analysis, and schedule risk identification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity, and a strong sense of ownership for deliverables and results.

Ideal qualifications:

  • BS in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, or another relevant scientific or technical discipline.
  • Consulting experience or experience supporting multiple clients or programs simultaneously.
