Description du poste
Our Non-Financial Risk team is an integral part of our Risk, Data Protection & Regulatory Compliance (RDC) business unit, providing support to our clients on a wide array of topics, including but not limited to:
- Strategy
- Regulatory compliance
- Risk assessment
- Resilience
- Training & Knowledge Management
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide major projects and manage relationships with flagship and key accounts
- Assist in developing and maintaining the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework and processes
- Assess and monitor the TPRM lifecycle activities (risk assessment & due diligence, contract negotiation, ongoing monitoring and termination)
- Summarize and present findings to project managers and clients
- Execute supplier due diligence
- Collaborate with engagement team to deliver high-quality work products
- Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
- Lead business development and proposal efforts
- Manage team of resources to ensure deliverables are provided on time
- Manager will be expected to advance sales efforts and lead internal corporate initiatives
- Project manage and/or support on a range of client delivery, as part of an on-site or remote project team, including assessments such as RCSAs, vendor risk, etc.
- Manage program sites as a repository for all project information
Compétences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Risk Management, mathematics, finance or business
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management, TPRM and supplier due diligence
- MUST have experience in Third Party Anti-Bribery & Corruption due diligence
- Experience in supplier risk assessments / questionnaires, RCSAs, IT assessments as well as management reporting with KPIs and KRIs and drafting remediation plans
- Additional experience with Operational Risk and Technology Risk preferred
- Knowledge of TPRM within the Financial Services industry and / or Technology industry
- Good understanding of the TPRM regulatory requirements from HKMA and MAS
- Experience critically and objectively analyze problems and facilitate solutions
- Experience working hands-on with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, strategy, information security, business continuity, privacy experts, a, risks and controls
- Experience communicating with cross functional groups such as internal clients, vendors as well as senior management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications/Google Suite products
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
