Description du poste

From day one, you’ll join the Philadelphia management team where you will contribute to shaping the future of Sia Partners.  As a Client Development Leader in our Digital Transformation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping our to leverage digital technologies to enhance their operational efficiency, product quality, and competitiveness.  You will work closely with our clients to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and lead implementation efforts that drive tangible business outcomes.  The successful candidate will accelerate Philadelphia’s Digital Transformation Agenda, advancing our capabilities in the local market.

Client Delivery

  • Collaborate with clients to define and execute digital transformation strategies that align with their business goals, leveraging your deep industry knowledge.
  • Evolve into a trusted advisor for our clients, guiding them through the complexities of the rapidly evolving digital landscape and assisting them in optimizing their business processes to drive innovation and growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, collaborate with other team members, and contribute to the development of proposals and client presentations.
  • Lead the successful execution and delivery of digital transformation projects for clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Apply best practices and quality control measures to ensure the highest level of service and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the creation of thought leadership materials and participate in the development of innovative solutions and methodologies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share your knowledge through thought leadership activities such as whitepapers, webinars, and speaking engagements.
  • Manage budget as well as overall engagement profitability (margin).
  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants, analysts, and project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the designated sectors, understanding their unique challenges and objectives.
  • Drive opportunities to expand client services with relationships built from current engagements.
  • Develop and leverage networks across client organizations and professional bodies.
  • Identify new offerings and services based on client needs.
  • Leverage local professional network to expand digital transformation clients in the Philadelphia Market.
  • Take a leadership role or actively participate in sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.  This entails developing responses to RFIs and RFPs, developing solutions, and conducting oral presentations.
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing a sales portfolio or client book of business.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales pipeline records and forecasts.
  • Develop account plans aligned with Sia’s service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of competitor strengths and weaknesses.

Compétences

  • Based in Philadelphia area and available for some travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of consulting experience, with a focus on digital transformation in large, global, corporate environments. 
  • Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following areas: IT Strategy development, enterprise-level software selection and implementation (e.g., ERP, PLM, MES, LIMS, etc.), IT Service Management, enterprise architecture, data migration, AI and data analytics, RPA, and more.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred from a leading consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the manufacturing, chemicals, and life sciences sectors a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Broad knowledge of available commercial-off-the-shelf software solutions, tools, technical standards, and integration techniques.
  • Deep understanding of both waterfall and agile System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, techniques, and tools
  • Experience with merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions a plus.
  • Experience with managed services and outsourcing a plus.
  • Experience with organization (re)design a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address clients’ strategic challenges.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Having an established professional network that aligns to Sia’s existing and target client base is a key consideration.
  • Act as a supportive team player who actively develops relationships and is eager to share knowledge with colleagues and our clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new subject matter rapidly and a desire to develop a deep understanding of the trends and challenges shaping industries.
  • An ability to transform your domain knowledge and project experiences into published content for Sia Partners Insights.

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Salary + Personal Sales Bonus
  • Salary Range is between $250,000 - $300,000 annually
  • Personal Sales Bonus (origination of revenue and/or managed revenue)

Hybrid Workplace Guidelines
