We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to join our Business and Digital Transformation (BDT) practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex transformation programs for a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them navigate strategic change and deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact engagements, expanding key client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth and evolution of our consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of business and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring projects meet client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Build and deepen client relationships by identifying opportunities for value creation, expanding existing engagements, and supporting new business development efforts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on transformation challenges across digital, operational, and cultural dimensions.
  • Drive business development activities including proposal development, client pitches, and go-to-market strategies to enhance the firm’s market presence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies including AI, to bring fresh thinking and innovative solutions to clients.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Business and Digital Transformation practice by shaping service offerings, methodologies, and thought leadership.

Compétences

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in consulting roles
  • Proven track record in leading complex transformation programs and delivering results in dynamic client environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow senior client relationships, with a strong professional network.
  • Deep understanding of operational processes, digital innovation, and change management methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experienced in leading, coaching, and developing diverse consulting teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building business, expanding capabilities, and driving growth.
