As a Manager, you will assume responsibility for managing the teams and deliver project work across a range of clients based either from our office in Amsterdam or at a client site. Your role in the team is also mentoring and developing junior team members. You know how to motivate your colleagues to become the best version of themselves. At new and existing clients, you are responsible for driving growth and improving revenue. Producing proposals and tracking the latest developments across the financial services industry is included in this purpose. By extending the clientele of Sia Partners, you and your Sia colleagues will contribute to the development of the brand in the Dutch market.
