Job description

Contract roles are geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work.

Sia Title: Project Consultant (Exempt Contractor)

Project Length: This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 12 months

Project Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: West Coast Hours

The expected compensation for this contract is $176,800 to $187,200 per year. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.

We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Marketing Manager to help drive growth through strategic partner relationships. This role will focus on building and executing partner marketing programs that generate demand, strengthen partner engagement, and support joint go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B SaaS partner marketing, is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and thrives on turning ideas into action quickly. You are solutions-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partner marketing programs that drive demand and pipeline through strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and launch joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Create and manage partner marketing content, including campaign assets, enablement materials, and co-branded collateral
  • Support demand generation efforts tied to partner channels, including digital campaigns, events, and co-marketing activities
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and partner teams to align on messaging and campaign strategy
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, lead generation, and partner impact Identify opportunities to improve processes and accelerate marketing execution 

Qualifications

  • Experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing
  • Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology environments Proven experience supporting demand generation initiatives with partners
  • Experience developing marketing content and campaign assets
  • Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining high quality and speed of execution
