Job description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer (React + Python) for our Mumbai location. This role involves developing scalable, high-performing web applications for our AI-powered SaaS solutions. You will work across frontend and backend systems, building intuitive user interfaces using React and robust backend services using Python, while collaborating closely with product, design, DevOps, and engineering teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development: Develop and optimize responsive, user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. 

Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. 

API Development & Integration: Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs; integrate frontend applications with backend services, databases, and third-party platforms. 

Database Management: Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability. 

Performance Optimization: Improve frontend rendering, application responsiveness, backend performance, and API reliability. 

Code Integrity: Maintain and improve code quality through unit testing, integration testing, automation, documentation, and code reviews. 

Containerization & Cloud Deployment: Use Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized applications. Work with GCP, AWS, or Azure for cloud deployment and application management. 

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform and Helm to manage cloud infrastructure and ensure scalable, efficient deployment environments. 

CI/CD Management: Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes, including test automation, build artifact creation, and application releases. 

Qualifications

3–6 years of software development experience, with hands-on experience in full stack development using ReactJS and Python. 

Skills 

  • Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 

  • Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. 

  • Experience with REST APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus. 

  • Experience with frontend state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, React Query, or Zustand. 

  • Database management experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar SQL/NoSQL databases. 

  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture. 

  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications using GCP, AWS, or Azure. 

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills with Terraform and Helm. 

  • Understanding of unit testing, API testing, code reviews, and secure coding practices. 

  • Familiarity with Figma, responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.

Education 

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
