Matthieu Courtecuisse is the Founder & CEO of Sia (1999). An AI & maths engineer by training, he leads Sia's North America hub from New York. He has authored several books on economics, is active in think tanks such as the Milken Institute and the Economic Club of New York, and received the 2025 SIFMA Foundation Industry Award.

Alix de Guibert is the Group CFO of Sia. After graduating from ESSEC, she began her career in audit, transaction services and advisory at PwC before joining the Group finance leadership at Publicis, then Vivarte. Since 2019, she oversees Sia's financial performance and strategy.
