Fabien has more than 15 years of experience in consulting in Financial services & compliance, working for many large global financial service providers, in project and program management, regulatory governance, target operating model design, and operational risk.
Fabien’s core competencies span across Corporate and Investment Banking, especially corporate loans & coverage, Data Management, Finance Transformation, Regulatory projects (BCBS239, IFRS, Basel), and system migration.
Additionally, Fabien is also co-leading the Sia Partners CIB global team.
