About the Opportunity

As a leader within the US CFO Advisory Practice, you will apply your industry and consulting experience to drive client engagements, develop new / expand existing business, and develop thought leadership and service offerings for the practice. 

We are looking to meet talented candidates with Financial Services or Corporate industry experience from a top tier management consulting, with a strong preference for in-industry experience as well.  Qualified candidates will possess depth in one or more finance functions including, but not limited to, Capital, Credit & Liquidity Management; Legal Entity Management; Financial Reporting; Regulatory Compliance & Reporting; Financial Modeling, Valuation & Product Control; and Revenue & Expense Management, to name a few.  We look for individuals that possess an exceptional work ethic, are analytical, exhibit intellectual curiosity, and possess deep domain knowledge.  

We are especially interested in meeting candidates with experience / expertise in the following focus areas including ESG, Digital Assets; Balance Sheet Optimization; Bankruptcy, Turnaround, and Restructuring; Post Merger Integration; or other industry trends and initiatives.

As a leader within CFO Advisory, you will take on exciting management opportunities, and quickly develop the business at Sia Partners in our entrepreneurial environment through working on challenging engagements, internal initiatives and committees, as well as business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead major projects and manage relationships with flagship and key accounts
  • Leverage existing knowledge and experience to refine and enhance the client experience and deliverables
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative work environment between the client and the engagement team
  • Summarize and presents findings to project managers and clients
  • Collaborate with engagement team to deliver high-quality and timely work products
  • Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
  • Lead business development, thought leadership and proposal efforts that differentiate the Sia Partners brand from our competitors
  • Drive sales efforts and lead internal corporate initiatives
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior resources



  • Undergraduate and/or advanced degree (MBA, JD, Ph.D. or equivalent) from a top university
  • 7-10+ years of prior professional experience as a leader in management consulting, financial services, or other relevant work within one or more Finance functions
  • Strong industry knowledge and deep finance function / domain knowledge (see “About the Opportunity”)
  • Ability to manage client relationships and networks, present to senior audiences, and work day-to-day with senior and mid-level clients
  • Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Flexibility to travel, as necessary


  • Prior consulting experience
  • Prior experience driving sales efforts and leading internal Business Development 
  • Relevant Professional Certifications
