In this series on cost reduction, we have outlined typical response strategies to the disruption of COVID-19, and focused on Organisation Design as a means to achieve them. In this paper, we review how to apply workforce segmentation to accelerate and gain additional value from Organisation Design. The end goal is to build a programme that focuses on initiatives that can deliver business objectives without unnecessary disruption.
