We are looking for a profile capable of understanding the (often complex) problems of large companies and of being creative and a significant contributor to the solutions we propose in order to create or improve, in an innovative way, strategies, products, services or internal processes. We are looking for someone curious, resourceful, and enthusiastic, who is ready to work with our clients and multidisciplinary experts from our other business units to produce desirable and effective solutions that meet the needs and constraints of the project. We are fully aware that UI and UX are not the same discipline. We are not looking for advanced expertise in both disciplines. We are mainly looking for an interface designer who masters the techniques of the trade while being able to demonstrate interest, understanding and use of the basic methods of empathy and human-centered design.
