Working as part of the Global Talent Development team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our talent strategy from onboarding to offboarding, including career path, career development, learning, international mobility, mentorship, and high potential programs.
The Global Talent Development Team actively supports the Leadership Team and the HR correspondent of each Hub.
The Talent Development Specialist - France will support the global definition of the Talent Strategy for the group and will support in particular its implementation for France
This position reports to our Global Head of Talent Development and is based in Paris, France with flexible working locations (hybrid working model).
Responsibilities
Contribute to the Sia Partners’ Talent Development Roadmap elaboration and implementation.
Support global talent projects on all the topics covered by the department and manage all operational matters (planning, relationship with internal & external stakeholders, reporting, presentations...).
Synthesizes information from needs assessments to make recommendations and develop innovative solutions that align with business strategies.
Animate and embody our Talent Strategy throughout the organization
Use data and qualitative insights to gauge the impact of the processes in each Hub
Provide support as required on talent engagement topics
Support Global Head of Talents in their day-to-day tasks, running specific talent analysis, consolidating or developing helpful reports or presentations.
2+ years of experience in HR or Learning Management Experience (knowledge of learning management systems is a plus)
Ability to manage and solve problems independently and deliver solutions to others
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines and enthusiastic about taking on any topic to support the team in supporting the Talent strategy.
Excellent ability to gather, manipulate and track data to assess the quality of learning offerings.
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills
Fluent in English and French
