Our Non-Financial Risk team is an integral part of our Risk & Regulatory Compliance (R2C) business unit, providing support to our clients on a wide array of topics, including but not limited to:

  • Strategy
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Risk assessments
  • Resilience
  • Training & Knowledge Management


  • Guide major projects and manage relationships with flagship and key accounts
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the TPRM framework and processes
  • Assess and monitor the TPRM lifecycle activities (risk assessment & due diligence, contract negotiation, ongoing monitoring and termination)
  • Summarize and present findings to project managers and clients
  • Collaborate with engagement team to deliver high-quality work products
  • Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
  • Lead business development and proposal efforts
  • Manage team of resources to ensure deliverables are provided on time
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team
  • Manager will be expected to advance sales efforts and lead internal corporate initiatives
  • Project manage and/or support on a range of client delivery, as part of an on-site or remote project team, including assessments such as RCSAs, vendor risk, etc.
  • Manage program sites as a repository for all project information


  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management, TPRM / Vendor Risk, supplier management
  • Additional experience with ORM, Cyber or Technology Risk preferred
  • Experience with common GRC or Vendor Management tools/systems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Risk Management, mathematics, finance or business
  • Experience critically and objectively analyze problems and facilitate solutions
  • Experience in vendor risk assessments / questionnaires, RCSAs, IT or cyber assessments as well as management reporting with KPIs and KRIs and drafting remediation plans
  • Knowledge of third-party risk management within the Financial Services industry
  • Experience working hands-on with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, strategy, information security, business continuity, privacy experts, and IT engineers in assessing processes, risks and controls
  • Experience communicating with cross functional groups such as internal clients, vendors as well as senior management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications/Google Suite products
  • Based near one of our U.S. operating offices and an eligibility to work within the United States
