Our full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will work closely with our talent acquisition team members and Transformation & Change leadership team in a fast-paced consulting organization. Ideal candidates for this role will have experience with full-cycle recruiting from Big Firms and/or recruiting candidates with at least two years of client-facing consulting experience in program/project management, change management, communications, and/or business analysis. We are especially interested in recruiting candidates with a background in high tech, energy/utilities, retail, and/or non-profit. This position will report to our US Talent Acquisition Manager.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Support the US Sia Partners Transformation & Change Business Unit with the management of recruiting activities and forecasted hiring needs 
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to recruit top talent
  • Creatively source candidates with previous management consulting experience
  • Bring thought leadership and passion to the talent acquisition team 
  • Knowledgeable in managing a variety of recruitment channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Inbound/Applicants, referral program, networking events, etc.
  • Conduct video interview screens   
  • Manage the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to conversion to hire 
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Assistant to schedule timely and efficient interviews  
  • Maintain candidate records in recruiting systems (SmartRecruiters, Google, CRM, etc.)  
  • Work with the Business Unit to prepare and/or finalize consultant/candidate resumes as needed for leadership and client presentation  
  • Assist with special projects and other recruiting activities as needed 


  • 2+ years of experience preferred; ideally from a recruiting agency or consulting firm 
  • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills  
  • Strong oral and written communication 
  • Ability to work in fast paced, quickly changing environment  
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and frequently changing focus  
  • Team oriented and collaborative with the ability to flex in support of the timelines, deliverables of team members  
  • Have expertise with Microsoft Office skills especially Outlook and Word  
  • Experience with Google preferable   
  • Bachelor’s degree
