Sia Partners is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Consultant to work with the head of the US Insurance Practice to build and develop the data analytics insurance practice. You will have the opportunity to help insurance organizations transform their policy administration, claims management and benefits processing operations and ultimately enhance the customer’s experience. As a member of the Insurance Practice, you will work with the largest insurance companies in the US. 

Our consultants within the Insurance working group possess a depth of knowledge within one or more of the following areas:

  • Business Transformation
  • Digital Transformation & Roadmapping

  • Data Management & Data Governance
  • Business Analytics

  • Policy Administration & Claims Management
  • Risk Management
  • Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
  • Support and guide major projects and manage relationships with key accounts
  • Summarize and present findings to project managers and clients
  • Collaborate with engagement team to deliver high-quality work products
  • Consultants are expected to participate in business development and proposal efforts and lead internal corporate initiatives

Compétences

  • Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic university (MBA or equivalent) 
  • 2 or more years of management consulting experience working in business transformation and/or business analytics within operations at insurance clients 
  • Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn the insurance industry’s operating models, depth in a specific area like underwriting, policy administration or claims management processes, and/or technology is preferred
  • Ability to manage client relationships and networks, present to senior audiences, and work day-to-day with senior and mid-level clients
  • Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Business development experience and will be responsible for driving sales efforts and guiding internal corporate initiatives
