As a consultant, you will support our clients in change management issues and will be in charge of :

  • Supporting clients in the realization of change management intervention strategies, namely: measuring the degree of readiness for change, analyzing organizational impacts, analyzing resistance and their impacts, managing stakeholders, carrying out training, communication and post-implementation support activities,

  • Carry out and support change activities as part of the delivery of new initiatives and support the appropriation of these solutions by the various levels of users,

  • Review new business processes and organizational models to determine their impacts,

  • Train and coach change agents,

  • Facilitate work sessions with users in order to make them aware of the change,

  • Identify, analyze and manage organizational impacts.

In addition, within the framework of the firm's internal activities, your participation will focus on the following areas

  • The development or strengthening of our offers through training, working groups, dissemination of internal and external support;

  • The publication policy (sector blogs, studies, press publications);

  • The development of the firm by participating in various commercial and visibility actions


With a university degree in engineering, administration, HR, organizational development, communication or psychology, you must have at least 5 years experience in change management. 

You have significant achievements in change management in the context of complex projects, and master an organizational process analysis and change management methodology and a fluency with PROSCI would be considered an asset.

You are a problem solver with strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent listening skills, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in French and English is essential.

You must be located in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
