Sylvain joined the firm in 2006, after previously working at Oresys and the Ministry of Finance. He graduated from NEOMA BS in 1997. He manages Sia Partners' offices in Lyon and Marseille.
He has been working with senior management, business and support departments for over 25 years in the transportation, energy, manufactuing and financial services sectors as well as the public sector.
Sylvain is in charge of our Global CIO Advisory team at group level. The CIO Advisory team gathers talented consultants, covering a wide range of expertise - Enterprise Architecture, IS Strategy, IT Staffing & Make or Buy, Cloud & SaaS, Infrastructure & Platform, Green IT, ...
Sylvain has carried out numerous audit missions, master plans and IT strategic plans. He has designed and led complex transformation projects for organizations, on the strategic, technological and regulatory levels.
He publishes and teaches in the areas of technical, functional and organizational components of organizational transformation.
