Philippe joined the firm in 2009 as a manager in the Transportation, Manufacturing & Retail practice, after graduating from Telecom Paris in 2001 and his first experience in a startup dedicated to new technology for the travel industry.
He supports major players in transportation (airlines, airports, railway operators,...), hospitality, tourism, business travel, and retail in their transformation programs. His expertise covers strategic study, business model transformation, digital transformation, distribution (marketplace, e-commerce, ancillary services, new offers,…), customer experience and loyalty.
