After graduating from ESCP Europe, Pascal joined Sia Partners HR & Transformation team in 2011, after first working in Recruitment.
Throughout his career, Pascal has had the opportunity to support HR teams in organizations of all sizes and in all sectors (Defense, Energy, Tech, Transportation, Public Sector).
Passionate about the challenges of the HR function and convinced of its valuable contribution to the company, he has specialized in his two areas of expertise: the performance of the organization and HR processes and the projection of jobs, skills and workforce (GPEC, SWP).
