Fabrice has over 20 years of experience in Business and Digital Transformation, Enterprise Program, and Portfolio Management, Strategic PMO and Transformation Office design, build and operate, technology implementation, and governance. He has been actively involved in managing, leading, planning, and participating in all facets of Transformation from Strategy to Execution, such as operating model definition, methodology development, governance, and process design, creation, prioritization, optimization, and ongoing management of transformation portfolios, programs and projects.
Fabrice has completed over 50 implementations of PMOs within the context of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large and complex programs and transformation initiatives, from ideation to business case development to portfolio strategic alignment and prioritization, program planning, tracking, and execution, for Fortune 500 companies across multiple functions and sectors, with specific knowledge of consumer products, retail, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing and financial services.
Fabrice has a Master of Business Administration from New York University – Stern School of Business and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure de Techniques Avancees (ENSTA Paris).
