Cyril Cuenot

For over 25 years, Cyril has been advising clients on all aspects of strategy, reorganization, complex transformations, and human resources performance.

A graduate of ESCP Europe, Cyril has spent his entire career in strategy and management consulting. He joined Sia Partners in 2011, creating the Public Sector practice and then the CIO Advisory practice.

In 2016, he took charge of the development of Sia Partners' activities in the Middle East, particularly in the Oil and Gas, and Defence sectors.

Convinced that major transformations are above all based on people, Cyril took over the responsibility of the HR & Transformation practice in 2018 for the whole group, based in the Paris office.

His preferred areas of intervention are the definition and implementation of strategic business plans, complex transformations, and their human accompaniment, the impact of technological and sociological changes in the workplace, Digital HR and HRIS projects, and talent development.
