Job description

Our values have led us to two decades of global expansion. Our Seattle team is a key part of that story, supporting many of the biggest names in tech with expertise in business transformation, strategy, and implementation. We are looking to meet talented candidates with at least two years of client-facing consulting experience as a Business/Systems Analyst who have acted as a bridge between business groups and engineering teams and understands high level technical details of the Software product. The Systems Analyst will interview users to understand the needs and pain points of businesses, while working alongside Product owners to help prioritize features and design the best possible ROI solution.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Use Business Analyst industry tools and techniques, document information needs and functional requirements
  • Write user stories including technical details
  • Drive work within project teams and with a variety of business stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customer and technology stakeholders
  • Research, analyze, identify system gaps, recommend, and participate in the deployment of solutions
  • Solve broad business or technology problems by using principles derived from a deep understanding of disparate and complex data
  • Create/review Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and translation of BRD to functional specifications and traceability matrices
  • Present data-driven analyses based on business benefits to solve highly complex business and technical problems
  • Consider the implications of problems and solutions in dependent systems, and solve problems across all domains with consideration to pain points
  • Create UI designs 
  • Help Product owners to prioritize features in the backlog
  • Conduct demos 
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing
  • Troubleshoot postproduction issues performance
  • Manage program/project charters including vision, governance model, high-level scope, goals, benefits, risk/issue management, and success metric
  • Manage program dependencies between projects and milestones
  • Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks and overall program health
  • Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information
  • Support project execution by helping the program owner, as well as supporting leadership meetings, facilitation and coordination with all clients


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology 
  • 2+ years of client facing consulting experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with various technologies and systems analysis
  • Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
  •  Experience in enterprise/system architecture including highly available and disaster recovery solutions
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
  • Experience and knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (understanding the roles and responsibilities of various team members)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
  • Exceptional presentation skills (to demonstrate a solution design or demo features)
  • Stakeholder analysis and ability to manage stakeholders (Subject matter experts, business users, Engineering and QA team) 
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams (Software development Engineers and QAs)
  • Understanding of databases and ability to query the data to analyze (SQL) 
  • Knowledge of installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
