As a Senior Manager in Sia Partners Ireland the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects to dedicated clients.
The projects will be varied in nature: Digital/technology transformation, Business/Change transformation, diagnosis and design projects.
At the centre of this will be managing the client relationship, ensuring value is realised through the project and developing follow-on business.
The Senior Manager must be a proven leader able to manage a large team. Teams may comprise Sia Partners consultants, contractors, client staff, vendor delivery teams.
Experience of managing senior stakeholders, mobilising and ensuring project governance and practices.
The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding and experience of: Consulting; Project Management methodology; Client Relationship Management; Sales support; P&L responsibility; account planning; and team leadership.
