As a trusted member of the firm-wide Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Department, the Junior Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted advisor for the Chief People Officer, CEO, and Partners in the areas developing policies, directing and coordinating human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and employee services in compliance with applicable local, state and federal employment laws and regulations.
