Job description

For our office in Brussel & Amsterdam, we are looking for a HR & Talent Acquisition Officer. Your job is very diverse, but will mainly focus on three areas: 


  • Coordinating all recruitment activities 
  • Working together with the partners for the various roles
  • Campus recruitment
  • Social media and job boards management
  • Career development follow-up


  • Onboarding and giving a warm welcome to our new colleagues. 
  • Handle questions about HR-related topics. 
  • Support to internal process and policy improvement.
  • Training organization
  • Support to evaluation process

Employer Branding

  • Building the Sia Partners brand and create a strong employer brand.
  • Internal and external communication
  • Social Media brand communication
  • Support on customers’ events

You will be required to travel to Amsterdam on a regular basis.


  • You have a Master's degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • English, Dutch and French speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
  • You have good presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexible, structured, motivated, problem-solver and people-oriented.
