Clara joined Sia in 2017, after serving as CSR Manager for a large engineering consulting group. She graduated from EMLyon Business School and has completed additional studies in art history at the École du Louvre and in law and philosophy at Sorbonne University.
She has developed expertise in the design and human support of complex transformation projects, particularly organizational change. She specifically helps transformation and human resources departments to orchestrate the various change projects within the company.
Throughout her career, she has managed projects in a variety of sectors (energy, transportation, banking/insurance, public sector, retail, etc.) to help organizations adapt and embrace change to achieve overall and sustainable performance.
Clara is based in Lyon, where she leads and coordinates activities for companies from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur regions, as well as national and international companies with a local presence.
