Andy joined Sia in 2025, bringing experience from multiple consulting and leadership roles across a variety of industries and markets. He completed a Master of Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Queen’s Smith School of Business, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management.
He has developed expertise in public sector policy, governance, transformation, corporate enablement, and service operations, as well as cross sector expertise in strategy.
Over the course of his career, he has led numerous large-scale government transformation programs, performance improvement projects and change initiatives, that have generated significant strategic and operational value for his clients.
Today, Andy is based in Toronto, where he leads our efforts in strategy & management consulting, design & creativity, data science & AI, and cybersecurity for our broader public sector and government clients.
He also holds certifications in management consulting (CMC), process improvement (LEAN), project delivery (PRINCE2), business architecture (TOGAF9), innovation (VIP) and leadership (Mindtrust).
