Sia Partners ranked #17 by Vault in its Top 25 Consulting Europe list
For its first participation, Sia Partners has been ranked #17 by Vault in its Top 25 Consulting Europe list. Vault, a leading source of employer rankings, compiles an annual list of the “Best to Work For” firms. Their rankings are based on a weighted formula measuring prestige, culture, employee satisfaction, and quality of life issues.
This ranking makes official that Sia Partners is in the Top 20 of the European consulting firms.
In its editorial analysis, Vault welcomes a firm with a promising future:
“New to our survey this year, Sia Partners is a firm that seems to be emerging onto the center stage of the consulting industry in Europe—and to have its sights set on global expansion. The firm has made some smart acquisitions in recent years, weathered the financial crisis better than most, and seems to be in a position to reap the benefits of several years of laying groundwork all over the world. That assessment is backed in many ways by the firm's own employees, who seem excited and optimistic about what the future has in store for this challenger firm. As an employer, meanwhile, Sia Partners is broadly popular with firm insiders, not least because of its commitment to providing a manageable work-life balance. How the firm fares in coming years will be interesting to watch, with much hanging on the overall state of the EU-zone economy where it does most of its work. But with a footprint that extends to the Middle East, Asia and the US, it could well be the case that the coming decade for Sia Partners—and its employees—is about expanding overseas.”
We thank all our collaborators for their time and contribution.
